Most box cutters are eyesores, but this one looks like an Apple product. The matte finish gives it a great grip, and the yellow slider adds a nice pop of color. The retractable blade mechanism works flawlessly and the SK5 steel is top-notch—it slices through tape and thick boxes like butter. It's a bit pricier than a standard plastic cutter, but the build quality makes it entirely worth it.

I love this utility knife. I have it at quick access for all my parcels. The action is smooth and I like the notch for breaking off new blades. The design is also nice to look at and blends into my office instead of most utility knives. I used it when working on bags of soil in the spring and it washed up quite nicely afterwards. If I need another utility knife I will be buying another Hoto. I will say, there's no safety lock on this, so make sure you've got it out of reach of busy hands.

Really impressed with the design here. Feels great in hand mechanism, and looks far better than a typical box cutter. Simple tool, but very well executed.

This is an excellent box cutter. It has a nice firm factor that’s suitable for household use. I have other heavy duty cutters in my toolbox, but this sleek, lightweight cutter if perfect for everyday home use. It has a nice design and has great functionality. It’s well worth the price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
