This Odysea pomegranate molasses has a rich, tangy flavour with a lovely sweet sour balance. It’s excellent in salads, couscous, and drizzled over roasted vegetables. I also tried it in a chicken marinade and it added a subtle caramelised flavour and shine to the meat. The 250 ml glass bottle lasts a long time, since just a small amount goes a long way. Tip: try using it in salad dressings instead of lemon juice it gives a deeper, more complex taste.

I brought this product after having a pomegranate dressing on a salad on holiday . A simple recipe with red wine vinegar , honey , wholegrain mustard , seasoning , adjust to taste . I then tried it as a cordial, very pleasant if you are not into sweet squash type drinks . Looking forward to using it as a marinade and on roasted Mediterranean vegetables. A lovely addition to summer recipes

Gorgeous intense flavour. Sweet, sharp, rich. A little goes a long way. My favourite is chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and pomegranate elixir drizzled over the top. Highly recommended!

Excellent product, this was a re-order. Love to drizzle it on salads, sometimes cook with it - depending on recipes. Lovely tasting, nicely made, lots of it as well - great offer now at 2 bottles, too.
