I bought this to replace my old immersion blender that worked for 1 years until I dropped it. I am glad I dropped it, this blender is so much more powerful, good quality and easier to use, with better accessories, I LOVE IT! It is much easier to clean too as all the washable parts easily detach from the motor, it's a brilliant design. I especially love the food processor, which I didn't know I needed until I got this. I made an incredible 'banana ice cream' in seconds by throwing in a few frozen bananas, dates, milk, peanut butter and some cocoa powder, in the processor, it took just seconds. I pureed a vegetable soup in less than a minute just on the lower power setting. In addition to all this, the customer service from this company is TOP NOTCH. I had an issue that I contacted them about and they resolved it quickly and way beyond what I expected. I am a loyal customer now! I am really recommending this product, it's totally worth the money!!

I highly recommend this blender. I have a Vitamix, but wanted something for easily blending soups in the pan while hot and something a bit easier to clean after blending small amounts. This hand blender totally fits the bill, it made a butternut squash puree, to almost the same standard of creaminess that the Vitamix would. It struggled slightly with blending tofu into a vegan ricotta, but got there in the end, using a large bowl to blend in, rather than the tall blending cup supplied. I haven’t tried the mini food processor, or the whisk yet. But I look forward to giving them a go. For the price, I’m really impressed.

Wow I wish I’d found this blender years ago! I was sceptical at first as I’d never heard of the make but I needn’t have been!! I had an amazing blender but a careless accident damaged it, don’t even ask, but it meant it got replaced with a Braun ‘super powerful’ blender. It was awful to the point I used to dread my family asking me to make soup. Well now we have replaced our Braun blender and given it away, and we have this super incredible blender! Whereas before I was blending soup for up to 5 mins to get a smoothish consistency, no exaggeration and there were still small lumps, literally with this new one it feels like 5 seconds (it is in actual fact almost a staggering 30 seconds) and you will have the smoothest blend ever. So smooth in fact you could hide all manner of veggies in your soup and none of your kids, big or small, would have any idea!!!

Heska 1000W !!!! Love love love it! Love it, my new favorite thing! I use it to make smoothies, and I love the quick power and ease of use. Very easy to disassemble and clean up. Love the blender cup that is included, a nice big size for many uses. Only thing I would change is I wish I had ordered it sooner! Will be giving these as Christmas gifts in the future.

Initially, when this arrived I was very pleased. The blender seemed very sturdy and well-made and I was very pleased with the results. However, after just a few days of use (less than 2 weeks) I noticed that the motor unit 'pulsed' when operating. I messaged the seller the following: '...Can you confirm that it is supposed to 'pulse' ? When I press either 'on' button, at any speed setting, the blender operates in an 'on/off' pulse mode' - Is that a feature? I have a mixer with a similar pulse mode and so I wondered whether this was normal' They replied: 'Hi,Our blender is powerful and it can make impression that it's pulsing' Unfortunately a few days after this the motor unit failed completely :( I contacted Amazon Customer service and they refunded my money in full & immediately. I had already contacted the seller as well and they asked me to return the motor unit to them. Obviously I am disappointed that the blender has failed in a very short space of time and that the seller expected me to return the failed unit at my expense, which I feel is very unreasonable. Because of this I won't be buying this product again, I . However, full marks for Amazon Customer Service.

Really robust, and well made. Everything fits together nicely. Comfortable grip. Useful extra capacity of the chopper. (Excellent for bradcrumbs). Powerful, fast, and does a very good job! . Quieter than previous one. Excellent value! I highly recommend this product.

We have used the blender regularly now for over 3 years and it is still going strong. We have used it rather extreme way grinding vegs, spices, ice. Over the last months some 3 or 4 times a day, due to a new diet we were following. Heartily recommend the blender and the service.
