Excellent product!
This is pistachio in a bottle without the huge fuss of grinding and marinading to achieve the flavour. Perfect for ice-cream!

Perfume?
Incredibly strong essence and there's something about it that smells a little synthetic, which is why a single drop is all that is required. Personally i don't think it smells like Pistachio at all. More like perfume.
