4 months late - you pay return shipping - think brown sludge

I ordered this product in October. It arrived in January.I ordered a different product and learned Iodine was not supposed to be thick, dark and nasty like this stuff.I thought the order was lost (which was good because the replacement product was far better and half the price) but then it showed up 4 months later!So, now I have to pay to ship it back to Canada. :(
