Bought this after hearing about it's past and the matter of fact that the ingredients haven't hardly changed through the years (1958 is when this product first got introduced) also of course the rave reviews, and I must say this is a lovely compact powder I thought with it being a bit of a classic it would be cakey and noticeable which it is not the case it's very lovely when applied goes on nicely doesn't insinuate fine lines or wrinkles at all, it also known for it's classic smell of perfume which isn't noticeable when applied but I can see the whole nostalgia behind it and stories ranging from little girls that have known grown into women and remember smelling it on women families remembers which I also found slightly enchanting. The downside for me though I bought 81 Truly fair.. Which isn't as truly fair as I would have liked it has a slight orange/yellow tinge to it. So that's a shame as I was looking for a nice porcelain colour. But overall I am pleased. The packaging is also lovely it's been updated in classic gold to celebrate it's 60th anniversary when you twist the top it locks on well, but I wouldn't trust it in a handbag.

Love this powder, I've been using it for years and it goes on smoothly. It doesn't feel like you've got any makeup on, that's why I like it so much.

This is an absolutely amazing product. It provides such good coverage for my skin. I can even get away with foundation and it last a long time. Really easy to apply and it glides on. I have tried clinique, Estee Lauder and for the price this is way way better. I will never but those ones again. It would have been nice to have a mirror and I don't know if you can get one with a mirror, but even so. Max Factor make up - I am a converted and once my Estee Lauder foundation has run out I will be switching to Max Factor. I am so pleased. Not sure what more to say but a great product, stays on well, very good value for money and gives really good coverage. Great , great, great, and it arrived very quickly too!!!

Ottimo prodotto che utilizzo ormai da anni. rende la pelle liscia a levigata, ha un leggero profumo di buono che accompagna il makeup quotidiano. Ne ho già riordinati altri 2 dato il prezzo davvero invitante! Spedizione nei tempi, anzi anche in anticipo, imballaggio perfetto e...cosa dire Amazon ++++++

I love this powder, I accidentally git one a little too dark for my face but that’s my fault lol. Good coverage and it smells nice too, it reminds me of what m my mum used when I was little. I don’t think you can get this anywhere else in Canada other than amazing either
