This company not only responded to my emails promptly, but took the time to find out how many links I needed and sent them out to me right away! As for the ring they gave me a refund for that portion of the sale. At this point, I have enough links now to wear the bracelet on my ankle and have no worry ordering again. In fact, I like the bracelet so much I may order a couple more designs for my self and a few for some family members. It really has helped to stop the leg aches! I didn't expect such high customer service...it was completely refreshing! Edit: I really like the way the bracelet looks and after reading a review that the company responded to their email...I sent them an email with my concerns. They responded within a day! It is so rare to see such excellent customer service that I am going to put this back to 5 stars and will update if for any reason there is a problem getting these issues resolved. Within hours of the first time wearing the ring I noticed one end of the ring was gone. And it revealed that it is not solid copper but a copper plating over what looks like plastic. Also the video makes it seem like it is adjustable to a longer length... and adjustable is mentioned several times on the web page... but it is not. It arrived at about 8 1/2" and although you can make it shorter, there is no way to make it longer. I really wanted to wear it on my ankle since I am having chronic pain in my leg and expected extra links to be included... they were not. I have laid it out on my ankle while watching a movie and it did feel better... but maybe from not moving around??? I don't know, I wish it could be made longer... and I wish the ring was solid copper as it probably wouldn't have snapped off right away. Is the bracelet solid copper??? Or is it also plated?? 3 stars because it is very pretty.

the pin was a bit tricky to remove when shortening the bracelet but my wife loves the bracelet

The bracelet and ring are lovely. They are comfortable to wear. The hard part was removing a few links and closing it back together. My son has larger men's bracelet from the same company and it was much easier to remove the links and close it back together.

Look good big will have to adjust
