Easy to use, easy to set up and teach someone to use. Great Docking station.

Super easy to use
I set this on my desk, hid the wires, and all I have to do is plug it into my laptop whenever I dock at home. It provides ample power for my computer, additional ports for connectivity and charging, and allows for multiple displays.

Works great once you update the firmware
Good dock for the price but you need to make sure you are on the latest firmware that HP provides. Before updating the firmware, the dock would power cycle when the lid was closed (even though "do nothing" was selected in the power options on laptop.) Using with an HP ProBook 450 G8 and works as expected now. Driving 3 monitors with this dock--two using DisplayPort to DVI cables and the other using HDMI to HDMI works great even with multiple windows open and some graphically intense applications like AutoCAD. Another review mentioned that it lost connection when your laptop went to sleep, this isn't an issue with the dock, you need to change your sleep or hibernate & USB power saving settings (assuming you're using Windows.) I am not sure if this dock requires DisplayLink drivers, but we have them installed anyways since the previous dock we were using required them. The ability to charge our laptop through a single USB-C is nice as well.

At Home Docking Station
This docking station works like a charm and is so easy to use. I have tried other docking stations for my work laptop and this one is by far the best. Easy to connect, easy to turn on/off, and compact so it does not take up too much space on my desk. Also has a port of earphones which is really convenient for all my conference calls.
