I’ve ordered this 8 times over the last few years, and it’s the only charcoal supplement I keep going back to. I’ve tried a few other brands, but nothing else has worked quite as well. I usually take it when I’ve eaten something that leaves me feeling a bit bloated. It tends to settle things fairly quickly and I’ve never had any side effects from it. The capsules are easy to swallow and have always been consistent in quality. Happy with the price! - Shame it’s currently out of stock because I’d grab another box in a heartbeat.

This works but you need to take it for about a week before you notice results. I have a pill each morning, and after a week this worked. I went out for the day yesterday fearing wind attacks in the afternoon, which is when I am normally affected. I was totally clear of wind. I am very pleased. I don't know how well it affected bad breath, because I am still being offered mints. It is one of those things that is hard to know unless someone actually tells you.

if you suffer from wind then you will try most things. I am not convinced these made much difference. TBH, and I am aware of the irony here, high fibre fruit and vegetables are giving me a lot of digestive problems. Veggie friends say give it a month or two and your body wll settle down and get used to it: I've given it a few years and several different types of supplement (including black carbon tablets). This Gastone didn't make it any worse. Might work for some people.

This has made a huge difference to me, I used to get a swollen painful tummy and was trying to figure out which foods caused it etc. Now I just have 1 of these a day and haven’t had that problem since! I also combine with Simeticone.

I had a gas build up in my bowels , my stomach was so bloated i looked 8 months pregnant , ive been taking these capsuals for a month and i have literally no bloating and feel so much better . No side effects too which is great , just ordered some more

It doesn’t have a bad smell and it is easy to swallow. Though it was affordable, it has had not been effective for me. There have been no improvements at all.

These capsules have really helped me with bloating and wind. They don't totally remove the problem and turn stools a dark colour (just if you wondered!) but I do have IBS and lactose intolerance so they gave some symptomatic relief, I would buy more but they took ages to be delivered.
