what is the circumference of this bracelet - is it for adults or small children? thanks in advance

Oh what a question to give you a helpful answer too, here goes I am an adult but have small wrists and it fits me as long as this is for someone you hasn't got large wrist it will be fine it is a lovely bracelet and looks great on. I know this wasn't quite the answer you wanted but I gave the brackets to my nieces one of whom hasn't got small wrists and so I can't get it out and give you measurements.

The bracelet I got was in a gift bag. But be careful which supplier you buy from at Amazon, because I don't think they all supply a gift bag. I think my supplier was from Sands, but I'm not really sure. Check before buying, because the gift is much nicer in the gift bag.

Is this elasticated? My friend has a generous wrist!
