Ihave a Horizon Mobility Mighty Myan off road scooter. It has no headrest but a large bucket seat. Will this bag fit

This bag slips over the back of the seat and fastens tight with straps, it's quite a big bag, plenty of room.

howdoes one claim the vat relief on line

How do I claim , is this normal to charge Vat on a Disable item how do I get the vat back

will it carry my oxygen cylinder

No. I wouldn't trust this bag with a portable Oxygen cylinder, the clips are thin cheap plastic. Mine broke after a handful of uses. I haven't put anything heavy in it, really disappointed with the quality. Stitching has all come undone on the stick pocket as well.
