The resistance bands arrived in great time and with a really helpful bag that i can easily store at home and take with me when i travel for work. Being a keen rower, its important that i get just as good a workout whether I’m on the water or not. Being able to vary and stack the resistance bands really helps me vary the type of workout i need. The quality of the ankle straps, handles and bands themselves means i can confidently focus on my workout. The ebook and instructional videos give really extensive instructions on how best to use the bands to work the muscle groups I need!I would definitely recommend this product for those at all different types of fitness level! Great at home and travel workout set!

Product arrived quickly in a well presented bag. The bands seem of good quality but I have only had a quick go as these are a present for someone else.I'm very disappointed that the guide is not actually a book that is shown in the pictures is is just an A4 piece of paper that I could have found on Google myself. I chose these because of the guide as the person who will be using them is a beginner. Not a massive issue any workouts can be found online but just note you do not get the book in the photo

No books ebooks or any information on training came with this. Really disappointing as was the main reason I chose this particular product. Just got the bands and some accessories in a bag.

These were fantastic for the first few weeks, but now they are starting to fall apart. The carabiner clips are very sharp and I've cut myself twice and now they are staring to fail, causing the bands to snap back with force and damage my door (to which they are anchored). The fabric used to strap your ankles is also now starting to tear, which is a big concern given the short amount of time I have been using them. The bands themselves feel up to the job, however, due to the weak materials used in the fittings and attachments, I'd recommend this product for light use only. I was hoping to use them as part of my physiotherapy treatment, however they are not up to the job.

Great value for money for a quality product, delivered in record time. The bands are very simple to setup and each exercise routine is nicely illustrated in the free eBook. I also found the Youtube instructional videos very helpful.As I travel a lot, it was the offer of a full workout programme that convinced me to buy this resistance band set. However since receiving it, my family members have got their hands on it and won’t let it go. So looks like I am going to have to make another purchase so I can have it to myself. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their fitness but either don’t have the time or don’t want to go the gym.Very satisfied customer!

Regular gym rat I purchased these with great expectations but a few weeks in this has happened (see pic) both handles have cracked through tension I'm guessing which isn't a good sign especially if this is meant to be used as a home gym product, this is now unusable. Overall I am happy with the product but this was not expected and I will be expecting an undamaged replacement.I will see what reply I get from the seller otherwise potential buyers check out the Bodylastics Bands which I shall be doing dependant on how the seller replies to this

The Vivacity Fitness bands arrived in good time and were well packaged. Although I have not yet had chance to try the fitness bands I can see that they are of high quality. Vivacity Fitness also emailed an eBook and 30-Day Sculpting Programme which I am sure will help me to put the bands to best use. I am not sure that I will use the door anchor as the doors in my house are not especially sturdy, however there are plenty of other ways in which the bands can be used so I am sure they will still prove to be a worthwhile purchase.

The manufacturing of this product is very high quality. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is because I did not receive the 'year-round workout programmes'. Though the product did arrive with a leaflet showing a few exercises to do. Even though it would have been nice to receive this, I am not too concerned as there are plenty of videos on youtube showing exercises that you can do with resistance bands.Great product, would definitely recommend this product.
