Can it be used with oil colours?

I would say yes after it has dried over there top of it. I am unsure of mixing oil paint with it would dry. Definitely take a lot longer. Oil paint can take up to a week to dry as you know. I am sure it would after time just not so quickly.

Can I add colour to it

I can't see why not. May be take a teaspoon of the texture paint and mix a little bit of the paint and have a go. I love this paste

How long does it take to go stiff?

It would be dependant on the humidity. I would allow up to 2 hours to fully dry.

I have this & opaque crackle paste, both fab. Im want to use get dimenson behind writing. Can you get a pen texture to write texture?

That's not something I've heard of tbh. I assume that you mean you want to have raised writing? If so I would probably use something like the Gelly Roll Glaze pens. They're great for dimension and find them great!
