I love this little gadget it feels really comfortable and easy to use. I can really feel the pump in my wrist and forearms. Been using for more than a week now and feels like I've got real strength in my forearms. Definitely recommend this gadget and great for arm wrestling.

Damaged my wrist and used other things to strengthen including squeeze ball etc. Read the reviews of this some of which indicated it caused pain when using. Put simply this has helped fix my injury and if careful when using and follow instructions it’s an excellent wrist and forearm strengthener. Like it and good value.

Its a pretty useful exerciser, but does pull any arm/wrist/thumb hairs out. It could have done with a sleeve along the spring to stop the hair pulling, but I still give it a solid 4 stars. In use its enough effort to induce a burn and has surprisingly added strength to my wrists.

Somple and easy to use,fasr delivery. Use it sat watching the tv.

The idea is good, unfortunately the design is terrible. Struggled to get arm/wrist through as per instructions without causing pain bending fingers back. Rips arm hair out of your skin no matter how you set it. Had it for 24 hours and returned after the realisation hit me that it was doing more harm than good.

Great product can be a bit tricky to use to start with but you get a nice workout, adjustable resistance, good design & build quality

Ampiamente soddisfatto, con questo attrezzo Si può allenare il muscolo dell'avambraccio in differenti modi , a seconda delle.diverse posizioni con le quali si innesta il polso sopra o dentro questo attrezzo. Impugnatura anti scivolo, sistema di molle bilanciato e che offre la giusta resistenza. Consigliatissimo!!

Quant au produit, avec la sollicitation marquée des avant-bras par la qualité (la hauteur) de la résistance qu'offre le ressort, c'est tout bénef pour la sensation de force que l'on cherche à acquérir ou, dans mon cas, entretenir. La démarche est tout sauf vaine. Ravi de mon acquisition, je la conseille.
