Amazing rehydration drink. Bought for hot humid holiday abroad to rehydrate me. Really helped, lovely flavour (citrus) no aftertaste, I dissolved half a tablet in a glass of cold water twice in the morning and sometimes throughout the day. Would recommend.

They are very good and i have been using them for a couple of months but im shocked at how much they have gone up in recent weeks so im forced to look fir cheaper alternatives
