Chocolate Melting Pot 2-Tanks Chocolate Tempering Machine

Way smaller than what I expected.

I have been doing chocolates for years. With the induction stove my double boiler no longer worked and all the ones I could find were too large. I tried a cheaper item that had non stick coating so you could not use metal utensils and the temperature was difficult to regulate. I saw this on that used water so I thought I would try it. I love it!!! The chocolate tempurature is easy to maintain which makes things so much easier when dipping or doing candy molds. Clean up is super easy. Other than the temperature settings being upside down there is no down side that I have found after 8 pounds of chocolate for the holidays. I even bought extra pans so that while I am working with the ones already melted I can start my next batches. Again, I love this product.

This product was very disappointing. When we put in the exact amount of water specified in the instructions in each well and put the inner tubs in, they floated, but when the chocolate was added to the inner tubs to melt, water from the wells overflowed and ran over the counter and into floor. The candy thermometer we used as a double check of the temperature of the chocolate (not part of this device) showed a different temperature than the one that we had set on the machine's dial. Lastly, the numbers were printed on the dial itself rather than on the machine such that the numbers were upsides down as you turned the dial, making it exceedingly difficult to read. I returned it.

I had this machine on the lowest temperature setting, which should've been perfect for my chocolate temperature, but the temperature of my chocolate went out of control almost immediately. I had to turn the machine off and would only turn it back on when my chocolate started to cool too much. I turned the machine back on for only about 5 to 10 seconds and the chocolate's temperature would shoot up over 96 degrees and I had to cool it back down again. Terrible machine.

This melter just died on me. I had it little over a year. Was used in a business.

I purchased to melt chocolate for dipping. It did not keep a constant temperature, the control knob was upside down and was difficult to determine what the temperature was set at. The melting reservoirs, if not fulling filled would float and let water vapor out that impacted my chocolate stability. Chocolate kept seizing, wasted several pounds of chocolate. Would not recommend if using to melt chocolate.

Exelente producto buena calidad me gusto mucho gracias y agradecida bendiciones 🙏.

The only reasons I bought this chocolate melter was to achieve proper chocolate tempering, which is essential for achieving a smooth texture and a shiny finish. However, despite following the instructions carefully, the melter was unable to achieve the desired results. The chocolate ended up with a dull appearance and a grainy texture, far from the desired outcome.

Es simple y sencilla de usar. Pones agua en el interior. Colocas los 2 compartimentos. Acomodas la temperatura y pones el chocolate. Después de un momento ,este se derrite y puedes usarlo. Me ha encantado.
