Are these genuine Waterman refills, they seem far cheaper than usual?!

Could you please give the overall length of the refill, in millimetres..? I have an unmarked pen, and the Waterman refill looks as if it may fit. .

Overall length is 112 mm. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know if this ballpoint refil will fit a standard parker pen?
