Easy to use and works well

For mechanical timers, these work well, are easy to adjust, are quiet, and have been fine outside, when enclosed in a plastic bag.

Easy to operate, and the price is outstanding...yeahhhh

They are smaller than a typical one so if it’s something you need because of the space that it’s gonna go in, it needs to be a little bit smaller. These will work. I find that the sections that you press down and up don’t always stay how you put them I’m not sure what it is. They’re not the best I have better. I just needed some that would fit in a specific location.

Analog, mechanical timers can sometimes generate heat, but this brand barely gets above room temperature. It appears to keep time well and does what it should. I really like the form factor where the plug is on the bottom of the timer. It works well to keep the cord out of the way of the controls.

I love these timers especially for the holidays! I have my Halloween and Christmas decorations all set up with the timer! Easy to use and easy to set up! Highly recommend it!

I originally gave this product a 5-star review. The setup was easy, the schedule options were solid, and I liked how straightforward everything was. I bought two of them to control my aquarium light and CO₂ injection, and for the first week or two, both worked exactly as expected. But then I noticed my CO₂ wasn’t turning off at the right time, and the drop checker was starting to go yellow. I checked everything and realized the mechanical timer dial on one of the plugs was spinning way too slowly — enough to throw off the entire timing cycle. It still “works” in the sense that it turns on and off, but the rotation is so off-schedule that it’s basically useless for automation. This nearly wiped out my plants, since CO₂ running without light can gas out the fish or crash pH fast in a planted tank. If I hadn’t caught it when I did, I probably would have lost a lot more. The second unit is still working fine, so this may have just been a defective one. But when you’re depending on these to run something sensitive like a solenoid, even one slow-spinning unit is a big problem. Compact devices with straight forward directions. Easy plug and play. Price is good but could be lower. No noise when in use.
