Replaced philips tv remote control fit for philips remote control for phi lips universal tv

After blaming the ghosts in my house for draining my remote batteries, I figured the Phillips version of this remote (albeit with a novel keyboard which is a helpful but a less used part of the remote) had some serious vampiric issues with a wide variety of batteries. Turns out... its a thing. I had to apologise to thin air. This remote, its cheap let's be real. Its light, it's a little flimsy BUT works perfectly and absolutely no vampirism. Moreover, no fiddly connection setup. Worked immediately. Highly recommend 👌

The remote is a bit chunky and a bit like a child’s toy. The buttons click quite a bit but all buttons work on my tv. Overall for the price it’s great and if you’ve a Philips tv with ambilight it works fine on mine.

Worked straight away but flimsy compared to original but works

✅ Looks same as original ❌ working on distance 1 foot from tv and directly in front of receiver. Don’t waste your £6.99 plus £5 for delivery lol.

Lighter and upon close inspection may not be made as well as Philips original. Buttons are stiffer than the original. But Works well and good value at less than a tenner.

Worth the money

Needs to be pointing at the screen and the perfect angle to work, clanky, some presses are not registered. Cheap enough but not good enough.

No fiddly set ups, works out of the box, every function works just buy it already at this price :), It is very clicky but I'm old school and appreciate the clicks, so no complaints from be on that front.
