Is the pack Reusable/washable?

I recommend storing pack in the refrigerator during day and wearing at night while asleep or for 1-2 hours at a time. You may reuse it for 4-6 weeks then soak overnight in baking soda and a gentle cleanser…sir dry then start process over again. It’s benefits are endless!✨

Is this the same as the sleep mask?
