As it is designed for outdoor use, I say it's more water resistant than water proof as it can cope with rain, water splashes etc. I recommend at least 2 coats to help with the water resistance.

Is this gentle willow the colour shown on the main part of the tin, or the colour in the circle, which is very much lighter?

Hi, Gentle Willow is the colour chip on the front of the can. Kind Regards, Helen

Will this colour cover blue

Hello, this will depend on the shade of blue you are needing to cover. You will most likely need to use a couple of coats anyway. Kind regards

Can this paint be used on an already painted surface?

Hello Yes it can, just prepare the surface - clean and degrease and abrade as required. Thank you
