Rust-Oleum 400ml Natural Effects Spray Paint Aerosol - Cast Iron

Some of tins hard to spray but use a screwdriver to push down then will work and if gentle it is really good finish and just looks good what I have done. But don't go to close or will get too much and starts running. But it's perfect thank you.

I purchased 3 different colours of Rustoleum for a project to renovate . The cast iron was to highlight and age the item. However , after the standard shaking of the tin , turning three times to the left then three times to the right and muttering to the DIY gods, I was ready to start. So you will understand my frustration when after three depressions of the spray nozzle, it stopped working. Nothing , nada, niet….paint . It steadfastly refused to surrender any more paint, which scuppered my plans somewhat. I have used lots of aerosol paint over the years, from many brands, never had one stop dead and go rock solid in terms of the nozzle not depressing at all.

I was really happy with this product. I followed the instructions on the can and found it sprayed perfectly. The can was sufficient for the large object I was spraying and it ended up with a good even finish all over. The colour was just as described and I'm really pleased with the result.

Bought this to spray a blue front room stove grey. Covers very well, even on one coat without any sort of primer and dries within 20 mins but be prepared to buy another tin as it does not go very far.. Still £5 cheaper than in the shops so can't grumble and it does a great job.

bench sides looks like real cast iron - happy with this. easy to use and good quality paint. Excellent customer service as well

Bought this because I ran out of the tin of brush on rustoleum cast iron affect paint, I was half way through a job so needed some more paint, no one had the brush on in stock, the colour of this is a way darker grey, I could just have bought metallic grey paint, the one on the left is from the tin and the other is spray

Perfect finish - sprayed some iron outdoor candle holders. The finish is just as described and looks really expensive- easy to use and quick drying - recommend.

Very disappointing the nozzle did not work and then I discovered over the next ten days the can had leaked against a painted wooden panel and onto the counter where I had left the can in despair. A waste of £10
