My experience with this product is not good at all. I want to say something good about it but nothing comes to mind. I thought about saying it's inexpensive but I can't say that because I don't see the difference between using it and and using tap water. It says on the label it kills on contact. Time was going by and the bed bugs were still biting. I wanted to know if I just needed to be patient while this spray did its work. But I didn't want to wait for something that never was going to happen. So just to make sure I was on the right track, I caught a tiny bed bug, sprayed it directly and put it in a jar. 24 hours later the tiny creature was still living. I waited another 24 hours....still living. On second reading, perhaps the label is only suggesting it kills on contact. It also does not mention residual kill. So if it's not killing on contact and doesn't have a residual kill, well.....that's not good at all. For me, taking the time to try this was just a waste of time and money.

Really good product. Does its job well and feels durable. Minor complaint about the weight but otherwise perfect. After using for a while.

It kills on contact, there were some stubborn bugs but after a couple of minutes they killed over. This was my first time ever experiencing bedbugs so I found this product and it looks like the problem is under control. Works well for the price, size is what I expected. There was a faint smell it didn't cause any sickness. No problem with the Nozzle. I purchased a second one for treating every room. Thanks, Edwina

Moved into a new place and it was being remodeled, so my mattress had been brought from the old place and just put on the floor till the flooring was put in, but found a couple bed bugs, so bought this to try to get rid of them before carpet was put in...it worked and got rid of the issue. I think that they were on my mattress from the old house where there was another renter who had an issue that spread to all the other roommates. They bombed and cleaned and thought they'd gotten rid of them, but obviously not if they showed up on my mattress when the house itself had been empty for months and I saw none until after my mattress was brought over. Glad I got to it early and that this stuff worked we!l! Next time I will be sure to use this stuff right away each time I move something or go somewhere and sleep elsewhere so that I don't bring them back to my place again!
