What, if any, OEM specific certified approvals (ie, vehicle manufacturers) does this fluid have?

It doesn't seem to be specified, however, my rule of thumb is that if the OEM specifies DOT 4 and DOT 4 has been used in the system previously I have never had a problem. If the OEM specifies DOT 3 and DOT 4 is used I have never had a problem. If the OEM specifies DOT 5.1 I would be inclined not to use DOT 4.
