Just what I wanted, even came with a washer for the cap, it was fitted and working in less than one moment, and now everything is fine and back to normal,

Stop end for washing machine pipe
This was purchased to close off an unneeded hot water pipe for a new washing machine. Despatch was really fast, just a few hours after placing the order. It arrived the next day delivered by Royal Mail. Fit to the pipe was good and it completed the job of fitting the new washing machine. The plastic used for the stop end seemed less substantial than the connectors that came off but it did the job. As. Other reviews mention the o-ring seal looks a little thin so I also used a rubber washer from the old connector. After one week of use there are no leaks.

Used as a temporary end cap for a few days to back up a shut off valve while waiting for a new washing machine. Tested once and held mains pressure OK.

Supplied O-Ring doesn't work
I bought the to blank off an unused Hot water feed for washing machine. I found the the tap leaked when using the O-ring supplied so I used a flat washer off the old supply pipe. That worked fine.

Good stop end for 3/4” BSP isolating valve.
Bought this stop end to blank of an unused washing machine isolating valve. Good alternative to brass and cheaper. It has a rubber ‘O’ ring as the sealing element and seals the end fine.

Perfect
I used this to seal off a washing machine feed when I was moving house. The feed had its own shutoff valve which didn't shut off completely and let a trickle through. This cap sealed it off perfectly and was much cheaper than getting a plumber out to change the valve.
