These pads are very thick and comfortable I walk and go workout in my zumbia class for a person that has pain and swollen in her feet and ankle get this product you would be sorry

Hello! I've been completely satisfied with this product. I needed a product to pad my metatarsal bones during long days of walking and standing (Mommy and chef!), and they have done the trick. They started to "stretch" after a few weeks of wearing, so I put them through the washer and dryer, and... good as new. Happy to recommend.

Q: Can these be worn while barefoot, or do you have to wear socks and shoes?

They can be worn barefoot depending on your foot size. I’m a male with a 9 1/2 shoe size and they were a bit too small. In order to keep them on, I had to wear socks. Best for U.S. shoe sizes....male shoe size 6-9. Or US women’s shoe size 7 1/2 to 10.5.
