Will it hold the arm & hammer scent boosters? they are a type of small crystal instead of the regular beads.

Yeah, it holds arm & hammer crystals... and then the clear plastic melts where the crystals touch it. Mine is pitted and ugly now. Took less than a month for it to become an eyesore. Plus the dispenser mechanism is sensitive to chemicals and it doesn't work properly anymore either.
