A good cheep fix if back of your shoe / trainer is uncomfortable or worn away with years of wear. Adhesive is excellent. Good padding. BUT to much traction on the pad! Your sock seams to stick to it when walking for the first few months! (wears away eventually) In trainers your sock will glide up and down the back of your trainer. Using these your back of your foot is gliding up and down the inside of your sock as there is to much friction on the pad.

Not bad but adhesive could be stronger. When you put your foot in the shoes it comes apart at the edges

I was skeptical about these but they have worked great! Got loads more miles out of my trainers because of these! They’re easy to apply. Good material, super sticky, and comfy.

Absolutely useless! Don't bother purchasing, unless you like wasting money.No idea how anyone is rating these as good! I typically only leave reviews when something is great or completely rubbish, and this is certainly rubbish.

Very disappointed with these repair patches. They begin to peel away within one or two wears after application.

Great amount of sizes. Very soft. Good value for money. Easy to stick on and dont have to wait ages for them to set. Very effective and gets rid of holes in shoes.

These worked well when I first got them. They blend in with the shoes, stick well and I didn’t notice they were there. However, after wearing them for a few weeks they started to rub on my feet, leaving blisters and sore skin. This meant I could no longer wear them.

Different sizes help fitting in different shoes, so you can use them with adult and child shoes.They grip good into shoes but it will make wearing or taking off shoes a bit harder, therefore using shoe horns will make it easier

Sticks great, helps protect my heels. It's been on there for months and hasn't peeled at all even with daily use of the shoes!
