It takes time to get used to it and I would definitely recommend using KY jelly. It is a game changer for playing tennis and also if you suffer from a cough! Definitely worth persevering if you struggle at first.

This works really well for me. I’m a physical therapist specialising in women’s health. I have stress urinary incontinence due childbirth related ligament injuries. These injuries resulted in urethral hyper mobility which kegels have zero effect on. This product mimmicks the ligaments that I have torn and act in a similar way to the TVT sling (ie closes the urethra as the pelvic floor drops during jumping/ coughing etc). I’m a gymnast and is a game changer. I just pop it in before my gym session, very easy and comfortable to use. I’ve tried everything there is out there and this works best for me I can imagine this might not work for you if you have a SUI related to a tight pelvic floor but it is probably worth trying anyway as it won’t do any harm. For those up of us on waiting lists for TVT surgery this is fantastic.

I tried this gadget but felt unable to tollerate it because I noticed a change in internal pressure which made me feel ill - headachey and sick. If you are not so sensitive to pressure changes maybe you would find it ok. It did the job.

Totally life changing. I suffer with urinary stress incontinence and this has lead to me having to change habits and work around my bladder instead of my fun. However with This bladder support I can dance, walk, sneeze and not worry about leakage. It really does work. It is good also because it can be used again and again. I have tried other supports but they were all disposable and therefore very expensive. I bought this pack thinking it had 3 pieces the same size. Maybe I missed something in the description but this pack contains 3 sizes. It's very simple to wear and when inserted correctly you can no longer feel it. I have used it for hours at a party, dancing and walking for over an hour and totally comfortable and very reliable.

It took a week to figure out the correct size and position. This product has improved my life greatly. I can go out with out worrying and now only use a panty liner. Game changer.
