Q: Is this better for your hair than the Brazilian keratin treatment?

I use it as a 'finishing' oil it smooths the hair follicles that have been roughened up by chemical treatment like hair dye. So I do not consider it a 'treatment', and as far as I know it doesn't stay in the hair when washed, and doesn't 'improve' the condition of the hair. It is used with steam hair straightening systems, but I use it, as my hairdresser does, to smooth my hair when it is hand dried.

Basically it’s use for keratin treated or smothered hair and it’s very good

Q: Does this treatment produce formaldehyde as part of the reaction?
