This Mr. Pen windproof travel umbrella seriously impressed me. The build quality is solid and feels far more durable than another “name brand” umbrella we own that cost three times as much. We recently took it with us to Portugal during some massive coastal rains and strong winds, and it performed flawlessly. No flipping inside out, no bending — it held up perfectly the entire trip. It’s sturdy, well-made, and clearly designed to handle real weather. For the price, this is an incredible value. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable travel umbrella.

I couldn’t be happier with this umbrella purchase! From the moment I opened it, I could tell it was high quality. The material feels sturdy and durable, and the frame is strong without being heavy. It opens and closes smoothly, which makes it super convenient when you’re rushing in and out of the car or building.

It’s a good umbrella and overall has a nice look. So far it hasn’t bent back during the wind. Ira also lightweight. The only issue was closing the umbrella isn’t as seamless for a younger kid; they can mange but they also say it’s a “work out” to close it.

Okay, so I was skeptical about this little guy at first—most compact umbrellas are pretty flimsy, right? But honestly, this one is a pleasant surprise. The best part is definitely the automatic open and close button; it's a lifesaver when you're juggling a coffee and groceries in a sudden downpour. The canopy material has a coating (Teflon, I think?) that makes the rain just bead up and roll right off, so it dries super fast and I'm not dripping water everywhere when I get indoors. I love thos size for traveling. Its not heavy by any means but it works great to get around in the rain.

I love the way that it's easy to break down easy to put up small enough to put in a backpack and keep there and things could be on and it's not easy to break they're a good product the design is cute I love the color and it covers a lot of you and the wind doesn't blow it away

Very strong aginst hi winds.. I attach this over my open bird feeders.. I went thru 3 others at the beginnings of '25 they all broke when the wind caught and turned them inside out.. This is much stronger, still going after very high winds and hard rains.. It just flips right down and has not broken. Highly recommend it!!!

Purchased three of these for a trip that included rain in the forecast. One broke as it couldn't close after opening. The other two are still fine.

We had lots of rain in Spain and after losing my brolly I was looking for another one and they were all quite pricy . So thanks for sorting out my problem at a reasonable price and for this lovely note! In a world where everyone is running these things make the difference!

Really pleased with this umbrella so far. It feels solid and well-made—none of that flimsy, bendy nonsense you get with cheaper ones. The frame seems reinforced and the canopy material feels durable and tightly stitched. Haven’t tested it in full-blown gale force winds yet (thankfully!), but it’s held up in some pretty blustery showers. The windproof design definitely gives me confidence it’ll cope when the weather turns properly wild. Nice smooth open/close mechanism too, and it folds down compact enough to pop in a bag. Overall, great quality and reassuringly sturdy. Hoping it lives up to its windproof claim when the next storm rolls in!
