A Game Changer for Aspiring Day Traders!
I stumbled upon "How to Day Trade for a Living" while searching for a comprehensive guide to kickstart my day trading journey, and boy, am I glad I did! This book deserves every single one of its 5 stars. From the very first page, Andrew Aziz does a fantastic job of demystifying the world of day trading for beginners like me. The language is clear, and the concepts are explained in a way that's easy to grasp. It's evident that the author has a deep understanding of the subject matter, and he conveys it with remarkable clarity. One aspect that truly sets this book apart is the emphasis on not just trading strategies, but also on the importance of money management, discipline, and trading psychology. Aziz stresses the significance of these aspects in a trader's success, and his insights have been invaluable in helping me maintain a level head and make more informed decisions. The inclusion of real-life examples and case studies further enhances the learning experience. It's reassuring to see how the theories and strategies discussed in the book have been applied successfully by the author and other traders. The comprehensive coverage of various trading tools and tactics is another standout feature. Whether you're interested in stocks, forex, or cryptocurrencies, you'll find plenty of valuable information here to get started. In a market flooded with trading books, "How to Day Trade for a Living" truly stands out as a gem for beginners. It's become my go-to reference, and I find myself revisiting its pages frequently. If you're serious about day trading and want a book that offers a holistic approach to the subject, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. It's worth every penny and then some! Thank you, Andrew Aziz, for sharing your expertise and making the complex world of day trading accessible to newcomers like me. This book has been a game changer for my trading journey, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Very Well Written And Highly Recommended
I have found this book to be comprehensive and concise about Day Trading. Its explanations of concepts about Day Trading are very clear and easy to understand. Above all, it puts all key concepts on Day Trading in one place without referring the reader to link after link or book after book for fuller explanations of some of its contents. I have two resrvations about the book.First:I found Rule 2 in the Introduction chapter to be too pessimistic about Day Trading and sending a negative message to the subconscious mind which doesn't help. A more positive message to the subconscious mind would be something like, " Mastering Day Trading requires learning the correct strategies and applying them consistently in your work." This messgae would instruct the subconscious mind to assist you in learning the correct strategies and applying them consistently as you work. Repeating that Day Trading is hard makes the subconscious mind unlear about how you want it to assist you in Day Trading. Scond: The RSI is a super indicator in stock market trading and should have been given a fuller explanation especially about how you can use divergence betetween the RSI and price above RSI 70 and below RSI 30 to spot reversals promptly as they develop. Despite these reservations, I have given the book a 5 start rating because it is a book I would keep buying whenever there is a new edition. Highly recommended.

Very good book and well written, but the quality of it is bad :(
I really enjoyed this book and I think it is very well written and informative. It explains everything very well and I was sucked in to reading more and more. However, the actual quality of the book is one of the worst I have ever seen. Approximately half the pages simply fell out, without me having to pull on them at all. So beware, whilst this book is very well worth a read, just be prepared that half the pages will fall out.

Great insight into what day trading is all about and what it takes
The book went over techniques and strategies which were explained in basic, easy to understand language, allowing even a novice trader to gain a good insight into what a day trader does. Even those who are just curious can learn something; the book is genuinely interesting and enjoyable for casual readers too. A large emphasis is placed around the importance of practice, dedication and sets expectations for those just getting started. However I think the most uplifting aspect (especially for new traders) is the idea that you don't need a particularly complex or sophisticated strategy to make great returns. Mastering a few simple strategies and repeating these every day can be extremely profitable. Another issue for new traders is knowing where to begin and how to get started. The book points you in the right direction, giving some example of brokers, tools, software and community forums. Given its quality, the author could easily have charged more money and hence offers great value at such a low cost.

Not just what I need to know, but what I did not know I needed to know
I have read the revised 2022 version of this book. The updates and extra case studies are excellent. I am below an amature at trading. Right now, I am trying to gather as much information as possible. This book is a fountain of knowledge. It does not just tell me the basics of what I want to know but so many things I had no idea I even need to know. However, the book foes stress. There is no substitute for experience. Until try (preferably in a simulator first) day trading, you will never get a feel for it. The other great thing about the book is highlighting the difference between gambling and day trading. The fact that day trading is not a get rich quick scheme. As quickly as you make profits, you can make losses. Risk management, strategy, and resilience are key to day trading. The book goes through a number of strategies, rules, and principles that have worked for Andrew. There is also a case study of another successful day trader using different strategies to Andrew. Going back to the fact that through experience, everyone needs to find their own style/edge to day trading. The book finishes with a summary of Andrew's rules and a glossary of terms. I would highly recommend this book to anyone beginning or at the information gathering phase of day trading.

NOT updated but black&white 2016 graphs!
There is nothing really in this book that I haven't found free on YouTube via Warrior trading or Live Traders channels. The book is so out of date that the author demonstrates their trades from 2016... 8 years old! There are absolutely no public audited accounts made available by the author to prove any trade whatsoever has really happened or indeed if he is really profitable. Other teachers make them public so you can see if they are telling the truth. I have gained some knowledge from the book but it has mainly been supporting views of what I have learnt elsewhere already for free. The style is nice and clear and if you have no knowledge, I have only limited, of the markets then it is a good book to start with. Just be VERY CAREFUL with the advice that's extremely old and unsupported with any evidence.

Exceptional
A really excellent and transparent introduction to day trading full of useful practical guidance. Contains a wealthy of info on tools, strategies, indicators, risk management and an honest account of what is needed to be profitable in trading (by no means a given). Recommend to beginners especially but also read that the book is useful for experienced traders. The author is also quite humorous which makes the book especially easy to read. Took me two days start to finish but plan to re-read this and other books as a reference.

One of the best
Really enjoyed this book. I am a member of another training group/community that is mentioned in this book, I am learning to trade small cap momentum stocks with great news. Wanting to absorb as much knowledge as possible I try to read as many books as I can in trading. There are a tonne of things in this book that I did not know, so much so I am going to by the paper copy to mark up and keep at my trading station. I have only been learning for a year so I’m still very new but I find the great mentors and authors talk in plain fact, the speak straight to the point. This is hard, you will lose money, they are realistic and I respect appreciate them for that. I am battling a huge amount at the moment with self control when trading and the more books I read let me know that’s normal and something I need to work very hard on improving. Trust those that have been there, I am returning back to a sim tomorrow for the next three months, recognise when it’s not going right, stop the bleeding and return to learning and practice. Fantastic book

a very honest, realistic but also encouraging entrance into day trading
This Book will really help you to figure out if trading is the right way for you. Andrew has a beautiful mixture of not beating around the bush and telling you the challenges but on the other hand encouraging you that you can do it if you stick to the rules of the game.

Great book!
Great book! I would like to offer the following suggestions for improvement: Please provide an in-depth analysis of your trading strategies, detailing the precise criteria for entering and exiting trades, as well as specific conditions under which you would refrain from trading. Clearly explain the methodology for calculating risk for each trade. Include several specific, straightforward examples that demonstrate the decision-making process and thought process behind entering a trade, ensuring the examples are easy to follow and illustrate practical application.
