Bought as used but I would say as good as new.Bought the book enthusiastically to learn French.Good size book and comfortable to hold and read for an hour.

Perfect, No Complaints
Starts at the basics and thus is suitable for absolute beginners who know nothing about French. It goes into detail about grammar and technicalities which is useful to know when applying it to words in the exercises or words outside of the book. It is not hard to follow at all

Not so "EASY" but a GREAT tool.
I have just finished this book, it has taken me a year and 3 months of roughly 3 sessions a week (maybe 20 mins to an hour at a time) i would not call it "Easy French" at all however it is complete, very well put together and has been an amazing platform for understanding grammar, a brilliant foundation to build upon and refer back too.Perfect if you like a no nonsense hard-core style of learning that gets the job done.

Fantastic book
Perfect grammar book for beginners, you need to use it alongside other things in order to really learn French i.e. videos, podcasts, audiobooks etc , especially to get the pronunciation correct but for grammar and building my vocabulary this book has been super useful. By working my way through it slowly and making sure I understand every point I feel I have developed a decent knowledge of the language so far. Exactly what I was looking for.

Not for someone that wants to learn from zero . I should Say probably for begginer to medium
It s a good book overall but you should keep in mind that is for someone that already knows or have a clue about french vocabulary and verbs . If you are a begginer and learn know it s not the best option , it s a Little bit too hard to understand all the exercises in the book. If you already have a clue or you learned it in the past and you want to practice again with yourself then it s a good option

A beginners bible
I have the kindle edition of this book and i love it. I have been studying for a while and have read and worked through many books which very often offer over complicated explanantions for grammar rules etc. This book takes a simple approach and also contains a good number of modern words and phrases. I love it and read it everyday. the exercises are excellent and i would recommend it to any beginner.

In the first chapter so far, will update as I go
Review as of chapter 1: As others have said, it is a pretty straightforward book without pictures or other "fun" things others use to try to help you learn. But it has a ton of information. It isn't something you will just start working through and understand everything, you will want to repeat sections and study what you have learned.There are a couple things it is lacking so far that I would like, but they aren't enough to remove a star yet. The first is copies of the exercises. I would like to repeat them and as is I will need to photocopy them, which is an issue since I don't have a photocopier or printer. I wouldn't mind a few extra copies at the back of the book, or have supplementary material to buy that has them. The second is they say there is an app on the back making it look like there is one specific to this book, but the app is for other books. It is still nice to have, but a specific app for this book that matches the chapters would be nice.Also, there is a typo on the cover. "Achieve grammar vmastery with..." I haven't noticed any in the book yet.
