I’ve been using CON-CRET Creatine HCl capsules for a bit now and overall I like them. Super easy to take compared to powder, and I don’t have to deal with mixing anything. No stomach issues or bloating for me, which I’ve had with other creatine before. My workouts feel steady and recovery seems a little better, nothing crazy but noticeable. They are more expensive than regular creatine, but the convenience makes it worth it for me. If you want something simple and easy to stick with, it’s a solid option.

I've only tried a couple other creatine supps. The Con-Cret HLC caplets are my favorite for a couple reasons. I'm always on or off a major cycle of supplements, and throwing a serving of these into the 10+ caplets I take a day is just easy. There's no real taste, unless the caplets crack or leak, whic has happened once in about 5 bottles. The tate is just a sour, citric taste if it happens. Not unpleasant at all. The size of these calpets is also very normal. I take 3 a day, and they're easy to swallow with water, food, whatever. They're pretty decent value, not the most expensive on the market, but definitely not cheap. They're in the middle, but definitely provide a solid serving of creatine HCL, and you can take much less by comparison to regular or micronised creatine. This stuff also reportedly absorbs much better and I've noticed ZERO bloating. Side note. On rare occasions these can cause a heartburn feeling. This is usually when I have a fairly empty stomach or mostly liquids in my stomach. If this happens, just have a snack or chuck your protein shake. It'll fix that feeling right away. It's rare, but takes two seconds to feel normal again.

My daily go to creatine. I swotched to HCL from monohydrate and wont be going back. They definetely make me less bloated if at all comparing to monohydrate. Yes its a bit more expensive but for just this reason alone its worth it to me.

So far so good. Been a month and seems to work well for me. Pleased with this purchase and priced well to.

These work amazingly! Switched over to these from creatine monohydrate and the difference is astounding! I feel less bloated and thirsty and I can notice the difference in how my muscles and body feel using these.

Had took a break from Creatine and wonder if it still works. Got back on it recently and my lifts went up, so yeah I guess it works.
