I have had a tiny mirror on a stand for the last 20 years, it finally broke....Spent the last week trying to find a replacement, with no luck.. Until I found this one, so much more expensive than others I was looking at BUT in the end thought order it and see what it was like.... Well I am not sending it back, I am delighted in the quality, the look of it is beautiful too, the actual weight is a bit heavy BUT this is a good thing even though I will be taking it on my holidays as well as home use, it is the perfect size, the case is sturdy and of the same quality, I am a tiny bit excited to see into a mirror clearly on holiday...Expensive but worth every penny...

This is the 2nd mirror I have bought having had the 1st fall off the shelf and snapping the pedestal. I love this mirror but sad to have to replace it. The mirror itself was usable when snapped so is a spare now. The mirror is very heavy (too heavy to take on a flight) but the magnification is superb for odd hair plucking! I could not live without it

This is an absolutely fabulous mirror that is space saving, ergonomic and illuminates the face so that make-up application is flawless (well, as good as I can achieve anyway). It is charged via USB (lead supplied) so is cordless in use and can thus go anywhere. A semi-hard case is provided so you can even take it on your travels with minimal risk of 7 years of bad luck; the mirror and stand fold together making it a real space-saver. There is an on/off switch at the back and the mirror automatically illuminates as it senses your proximity – and off again a few seconds after you move away; and on again, off again, you get the picture. As such, the charge lasts a really long time (apparently up to five weeks). Although you cannot see your entire face in one go, it isn’t a hardship to move about and the clarity is such that this isn’t an issue when checking make-up. I already love it. Update July 2018 I still love this mirror so much that I purchased a second as a gift. It has gone on my travels with me and sits either by the bed or next to my desk ready for use as needed. A single charge lasts me much longer than 5 weeks as it switches off automatically and thus saves its charge for when you actually need to use it. I still think it is fabulous.

Excellent product. Bought to ensure impeccable make up on my half century face! And also because I put my make up on before the sun is up and the light on this mirror is an excellent simulation of sunlight. I know my make up looks perfect every day thanks to this mirror. With a 10x magnification, this also has many other uses for everyone in the household. The light lasts absolutely ages (only turns on when something is passed close to the rim) and easily charged with USB cable. Fab sturdy case ensures no damage to the mirror during transit or storage.

I bought this for my wife as she already has the larger version and loves it, she likes the travel mirror a lot however you do have to get very close to be able to use it and feels it would have been better if you could be a little further away but saying that she still loves it and it very happy with it

This mirror is fantastic such a clever design as it lights up when you look in it simple human have the best designs in everything they make I love it well worth the money

This is the fourth one of these that my wife has bought. She loves how it gives a realistic light although the magnification can show more wrinkles than you like. She says that you can get it to just the right angle to work right. My wife's friend saw her's and wanted one. Number three was when my youngest step-daughter saw it and was amazed. My daughter saw it recently so this was her birthday present. No complaints from any user so far. All find nothing to dislike about it. My wife bought her original one from Lakeland she got £5 off and a free baking tray. The other three were far cheaper on Amazon and all arrived fine and very quick delivery.

You need to be only a few cms from mirror or image is blurred/inverted. Better options available at a quarter of the price. The quality, sturdiness and design are excellent.

This is a great mirror that’s portable and has a very nice sturdy case. The magnification is wonderful and the motion censored light makes it so much easier to use. This is my second one, my first one still works and lasted about 10 years but has to be kept plugged in to work. I’m excited I got the same exact one, it has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

This is a very useful and beautifully designed illuminated magnifying makeup mirror which serves its intended purpose. You can’t do better than serving your purpose I say!
