Yes. It is a box pillow. Be aware however-this pillow is rather freakish as while it is super soft, it does not mush down at all.

Has anyone had these pillows for more than a few months? Do they keep their shape?

Had mine for nearly 12 months and yes they keep their shape well wouldn't change them for anything else. DM

What size pillow case is best for this pillow as my standard ones are too small.

I use a standard size pillowcase and it is a snug fit but works okay for me.
