Does it have bitter taste?

Hi there, Thank you for contacting us regarding our oils. Our Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil is a pure natural healthy product which most people find to be mild in taste. It may also be a bit bitter due to a small amount of rosemary that's added to the oil to prevent oxidation. Please remember to give the bottle a gentle shake before use to distribute the different fats that may settle into layers within the bottle - including the rosemary oil which may be unpleasantly bitter otherwise. You may choose to wash it down with chilled water or natural juice to get rid of the fishy taste, alternatively, you can have it just before a meal. We do have an all-fish Softgel capsule format for people who simply don't like the taste. The softgels are milder and can be swallowed like a pill.
