Good small fryer.
This dual-tank deep fryer is decent quality, but it’s not suited for high-volume business use. Each chamber is shallow, so you can’t fry large batches — too much food cools the oil, and frozen items like fries can make the oil spill over. For small or occasional orders it’s fine, but on busy days we couldn’t keep up because the capacity was too limited. On the positive side, it heats up the oil quickly and efficiently. We never even used the highest setting — it fried perfectly well on lower heat, and I avoided max power to prevent unnecessary wear. After daily use for over a year, it still performs well. Cleaning can be slightly annoying since the drains clog, but using a bamboo skewer clears the debris easily. Overall, it’s a good fryer as long as you understand its limits and make sure the size matches the volume you need to handle.

Great Product
Great fryer for household use. Easy to set up. Heats up oil to desired temperature pretty fast. Perfect crispy wings, double fried fries gives same results as any restaurant.

Quality fryer and maintains temp better than other brands.
Great product. Worked better than expected and much better than the two different brand fryer that I have used.

Love the Fryer, but a bit lopsided or would've gotten 5 STARS
I love the fryer - much better than the other "regular" $100 type of home fryers which I've gone through 4 others in the past. This one is much more on the commercial level. Yes, it's a $300 fryer, but worth it. We use our fryer every week & as the "chief cook" I really like this one far surpassing all the others. Also, I love the oil drain in the front for straining out the old oil for later reuse or eventual removal. My only complaint is while the fryer is level on the counter & not noticeably leaning to the left at all, that the basket leans to the left all the time, whether when on the rack holder on the back or when in the frying oil. Just a pet peeve - it might not bother another, but looking at what looks like the best home commercial fryer all around & then seeing that lean every time I use it takes away from it being 5 STARS. It looks like a manufacturing error.

Would rate it higher if I could. This thing fries anything and everything. Also cleaning it is so easy!

Don't Recommend Buying this Fryer
Constant problems. We bought four and use one as a back-up. I have been constantly fixing all of them and in many cases it's different problem. Either the Micro Switch or a burned wire or replace heating element. I wouldn't recommend.

Game changer for home cooking
After purchasing a less expensive, flimsy deep fryer that didn't heat ups, we decided to spend the extra money to purchase this deep fryer. It's heavy duty, heats up quickly, has a large basket, and is easy to clean. You can leave the oil in it for several uses before you need to drain and clean it so we aren't going through as much oil as we used to when we used a dutch oven for frying. The temperature dial isn't super precise so the first time I used it I took some temperatures with a candy thermometer just to know what the temperature of the oil was and know I know where I need to set it to get the right temperature. And the drain is getting a bit clogged so I need to find a flexible brush or something to clean it out. But that being said, having a drain on it is really helpful to get the oil out when you want to clean it. It fits on the counter and we've used it a lot since we purchased it. Food cooks quickly and evenly. Now we don't have to go out for wings, fries, etc. and it's been fun to experiment with recreating food we've had in restaurants.

No la he utilizado, porque tenía un rayón

La use poco y duró menos de un año... Primero la resistencia, la cambié y un par de meses después se descompuso el sensor... Muy costosa para que presente tantas fallas.
