NEO CHAIR Office Desk Computer Chair: Nice-looking (I ordered the black with white trim), sturdy, and comfortable. I didn't realize the arms go up if you want them to. Intuitive assembly; I think this thing should last a while. And at a good price.

I purchased this chair for my sister’s home office, and it turned out to be a great choice. I really like the way it looks — it has a clean, professional design that fits nicely into her workspace. The quality feels solid and well-made, and it’s comfortable for sitting throughout the day. She told me she loves it, which is what matters most. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable office chair for a home setup, this is definitely a good option. Very happy with this purchase.

When I first sat in a chair, I loved it, but I will say I can tell the cushion will wear out it’s not very thick or plush. And I am 5ft 4 and when the chair is at the tallest height my legs dangle. I love that the arm rest go up so I can push the chair all the way in to my desk when not using it. Also the back of the chair is not very high. It’s fine for me because I’m short but my husband is 6ft 2 and he feels it’s no neck or head support when you sit all the way back in the chair. Excellent quality for the price but it is a small chair.

Really happy with this chair! It’s sturdy, feels very durable, and was easy to put together. Just a heads up—the rest of the parts are actually stored inside the chair (in a zipper compartment), which I didn’t realize at first.

This chair is easy to assemble and looks high quality out of the box. I love that the armrests can swivel up - which makes it easy to push the chair in and gives more space in my small office. For the first week of use, I would have rated this 4-5 stars. However, I've now had this for almost 1 year and it has not age/worn well. For context, I sit in this chair for around 6 hours per day (every weekday) and am the only person who uses it. 1. Out of the box, it's comfortable for around 4 hours of use but doesn't provide much back support. I have pretty decent posture so this didn't really bother me. 2. Around 6 months in, I started to notice tears in the fabric. This chair doesn't leave my office and I'm not rough with it. But there are now 2 large tears on the armrests, 1 on the seat, and fraying around many of the seams. I've used a leather repair kit to make due. 3. It's no longer very comfortable for more than ~45 min at a time. I find myself needing MANY stretch breaks (compared to when I first used it) Basically, this is great aesthetically but I'd recommend it for a guest room or an office where it's not used regularly.

Its comfortable, good quality cushion and sturdy frame with no apparent design concerns. The chair assembly fooled me - I just could not imagine arms and base parts were in the same medium sized box but the base, casters, hardware and arms are neatly packed INSIDE the seat back webbing. Its deceiving. The instructions are clear and its no harder than any other office chair to assemble, just another 3 minutes because there are 10 additional screws to secure the legs to base support hub. The Hex Key included is good quality, hard and long enough for high torque twist. Assemble with LOOSE SCREWS, tighten all only AFTER assembly and then again the following month after first use,same procedure as with any office chair.

This chair is hollow? So the chair is shipped with parts inside the chair. You have to unzip the back pannel to expose parts like the wheels, arm rests, and the small assembly kit included. I have had it now for three days, and the back rest of the chair is not only showing signs of sagging inwards, making the chair appear lumpy and deflated. But it also completely lacks lumbar support. Inside, once you open the back panel, it shows that there are two elastic straps positioned inside to support your spine but literally nothing else. I should have repacked and returned it right then and there. Not a chair that I would reccomend to anyone in particular.

This office chair is fantastic, high quality, very comfortable and great value. When it arrived there was a small issue with the chair back. I contacted NEO customer service through Amazon. They replied immediately and were incredibly responsive. They sent me a replacement part that arrived in less than a week, during the holidays nonetheless. And the new part was perfect. Appreciated there five star service enough to write this review
