Simply the best
Looks good. 17mm design great to instal it easy and tighten it but not sure why the old one didn't came off with the bolt design... I had to use a proper tool to remove...Maybe it was over tighteened...Will buy again as grat quality, cheap. Perfect fit for my gsxr.

Filter that's easier to remove, winner.
I always use K&N filters on my bike and haven't had any issues. The nut makes removing the filter a doddle with a socket wrench, strap wrenches and filter clamps aren't hard to use but why bother if you don't need to?

Can't grip the Chrome one
This year I bought the Chrome filter has the black one was out of stock. Yes it has a bolt on the end, but space is tight on my bike and I cannot use that, so just the hand and gloves. The slightest bit of oil and theres no grip at all, it was difficult to get on. Obviously this doesnt change how great K&N filters are and it will operate perfectly , but I wont buy the Chrome one again. I had to remove the gloves and even then it was still hard to get it to bite on the thread and screw on.

Hax cap wins.
Use this on my Suzuki SV650. K&N stuff is meant to be good, but really, in terms of performance, this oil filter, compared to any other???? However the major advantage of this one, is the hex cap on top so that you can get it off with a socket or spanner, well, well worth it. Plus at the time of this review, these are cheaper then the official Suzuki filters.
