Do I need to boil and cool milk for second batch? Instructions not clear on this

It is preferable to boil milk for every batch. The boiling of the milk evaporates water, sanitises the milk and breaks down some enzymes which reduces the incubation time and improves the texture, Not boiling is also an option, but the whey will be more. Will this work with sheeps milk and goats milk?

Hello P. ThorpeThis starter works excellent with whole sheep's milk and can work with goat`s milk as well. Please consider that due to reduced amount of proteins and lactose in the goat`s milk, the texture of yogurt might be not that thick. However the full fat version of the goat`s milk can provide most of the nutrients which bacteria in the starters need in order to make yogurt.
