Can it be used with Lightroom?

I use it with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. For the first two it comes with presets, it also comes with presets for Adobe Lightroom 2. With DaVinci, it just works with the global defaults. You can also tweak any of the settings and save and import presets. Overall, it's a brilliant, cheap bit of kit and makes editing so much easier.

Do the job or dial have limits were they will no longer turn out can you continually turn in one direction ?

If I understand your question correctly..... 1) The internal dial has no limits and is pre-set to allow frame by frame advance and rewind on a video/audio timeline. 2) The outer dial is spring loaded and allows for multi speed scrubbing of a timeline (the further you turn it the faster the marker travels). This dial is limited in both directions. Hopefully this explains things clearly. :-)

can it forward / rewind and scan through youtube videos

If your application allows for keyboard shortcuts, you can map it to the Shuttle in the driver. For your question about controlling videos or photos on a webpage would depend on the browser. If the browser itself has shortcuts that can control footage or not. We believe it might be tricky because websites include many different programming languages such as HyperText , JavaScript, PHP ect.
