How do you select time zone

Full instruction with watch. Think bottom left switches between modes and once you are on time zone mode, one of the other buttons lets you cycle through different time zones and then to set.

Is this black and plastic as In the pics? Or silver steel as advertised?

I brought the silver which is Steel. If I remember the black is cheap so I thought it would be plastic .

The picture shows a day/date calendar function, the description says "No date function". Which is correct ?
