The longer blade is 2 1/16 inches from the body of the knife and 1 3/4 inches cutting length. The shorter blade is1 7/16 inches from the body and an effective cutting length of1 1/8 inches.

This knife is made in an authorized factory in China. Buck has 2 models that are made in the USA. The 301 Stockman and 303 Buck Cadet. Available in black Valox or Rosewood Dymalux handles.

Is this the China made buck?

The small blade does have China stamped on it.

Can you shave with this?

Probably not. The blade is sooooo small. My husband fell off his chair laughing when I showed it to him.
