Really tiny
I have no idea if this is going to be any good as it is for Christmas but it is shockingly small for £25

Amazing product that didn't hold up to how much we love it
For our family, this product started out as five stars. It was a stocking stuffer for my elementary age kids, and it has held their attention and excitement longer than anything else they got for Christmas. They keep shouting SHAPE! every time they think they've made a novel shape with their cube. Honestly, the first time I used it, I was disappointed when my kids took it back from me. It is easy to manipulate and has surprisingly fluid movement--the magnets come together with subtle, satisfying purpose to make various shapes. I sent the link to family who also love unusual puzzles.Unfortunately, yesterday my daughter (who demonstrates her ability to work the cube by hiding it behind her back to make shapes) noticed a split in the design overlay just past one of the seams where the patterned cover is coming apart. We immediately put it away so as not to exacerbate the split (it appears the cube is a heavy black plastic with a plastic wrap pattern over the hard base), but I am frustrated that this will affect her use of the cube because I can't see how to fix it without leaving a sticky residue that would impact use of the cube. We do have one cube with a matte pattern (blue) and the one that has a split has a shiny, colorful pattern. The pattern overlays on the cubes do feel different to the touch, and so far the cube with the matte finish is not showing any wear. For background, my kids would prefer screens to pass the time, but we do limit video games and force the kids to entertain themselves as much as we can. We love puzzles and board games and have tons of fun doing activities like Quadrillions.

I expected more for the money
Wow, so underwhelmed right now. $80 for lightweight plastic and magnets mostly held together by some stickers? Very underwhelming first impression where all four cubes feel cheaply made. As such, I can’t see this lasting long. It will be sturdy at first, but the stickers holding it all together will stretch and tear with time. I guess duct tape will fix it, but for $20 apiece ($80 total), I expected seething built as least as well as a Rubix cube. Instead you have something that appears and feels like it came from the dollar store. Save your money or wait until it goes on a serious sale. Don’t pay full price. It might be neat at $20 for all four cubes, but $80 is far too much for what you get. I’m going to return the cubes and spend my money on something better. I’m surprised more reviewers haven’t commented on Shashibo’s cheap construction/feel. It’s immediately obvious upon first touch. Save yourself the hassle of returning and avoid this thing.

Not worth the money
I ordered this for my son. It broke the same day ! The picture design that’s on the cube itself attaches to all the parts and keeps it all together, this is what ripped as he was making all the different shapes he could with it. This item was £25.00 I bought this as a sensory toy for my child. It is not worth the money as he now can’t use it

Neat but breaks quickly
I want to like this product. It's a neat idea and super fun to play with. I loved it so much I bought two. The first one split after only 2 weeks. I returned it thinking it was a fluke. It's held together with a rather flimsy sticker and after a few weeks to a month of normal play, it splits. The second cube started splitting now, too. I uploaded a pic of the split on one side and then the other side where I taped it. For the price, I felt this should've lasted longer than a month. Had they been more durable I'd have bought all four eventually. Bummer.
