This is standard American cake frosting. I'm saying five stars just because it is available! Its decent enough but not the dearest, but still. I think this is the European or UK packaging, but this is definitely American style! Only get this if you want that sticky, sweet buttercream you get on cupcakes and cakes in the US. If you are expecting anything like an India or even European style icing, this will disappoint. You need a proper moist, crumby, sturdy American cake for this! No sponge cake allowed! Try it with chocolate cake for an old school taste. No refrigeration for this. Shelve it, yes, it's safe. Then use it all straight away. You can refrigerate leftovers, but you'll have to bring it back to room temp to spread it. Best bet really is just to look up an easy buttercream recipe, all ingredients readily available in India, and make that, which you can do with super soft butter and a wood spoon if you don't mind the workout. This is really crap compared to that, so only get it if you are being lazy or just dying for that awful sweet tooth-cracking taste!
