Maltbys' Stores 1kg Lamb Tails [LOD1]

We are back again that should say it all.

Doggo (Malinois) seems to like them and they keep her occupied for about 10 mins as she chomps her way through one.... but.... by heck they've got a stink to them (much like many other 'natural' treats. We store them in an airtight box so I only have to tolerate the smell for the short period it takes our girl to eat one of them.

Second time purchasing these for our C. Spaniel, he loves them, so we came back for more. I like the variety of sizes within each pack, and they are definitely great value.

They’re mixed sizes but the larger ones are quite long lasting chews. The dogs love them and they don’t smell at all.

They don’t look anything like the picture which is what my previous lot from a different seller looked like. These look like they’ve been baked or fried but it says they’re air dried ? They also have a strong odour (previous didn’t) and have upset my dog’s digestion. They don’t last her as long as the previous ones. It’s a large bag so value for money but not at the cost of my dog’s tummy. I won’t be buying again.

I ended up throwing these into the bin. We have 5 dogs, 2 large, 2 medium and one smaller dog. They seemed like a reasonable chew for our dogs, but unfortunately after giving out a few to all of our dogs I noticed that on chewing they became stringy and looked very different. I was worried this stringy material would potentially harm our dogs internal organs by binding. So bottom line I wasn’t going to take the risk and threw them out. The “tails” were dried, and of very different size, from tiny to quite large, with bony bits like bobbles, the bobbly bones would come out leaving a long stringy thing that the dogs found difficult to chew and break up. So they had to go. I don’t recommend these “tails”.

And is the best thing ever at cleaning their teeth.😀😀😀

She absolutely loves them and refused to eat her other snacks. Bag is big but tails are the size as you'd expect so it doesn't take her long to finish one.
