Audecook Electric Pot 2L, Electric Hot Pot with Cooking Basket, Dual Power

Really happy with this buy. It looks really nice and is a great size for a small kitchen. It’s small but still big enough for two people, and you can cook a surprisingly large amount of different foods in it. It heats up very quickly and is very easy to use. Cleaning it afterwards is also really simple. Overall, a great little hot pot and I’m very happy with it.

I absolutely love this saucepan. The steamer works great, you can get enough potatoes and veg in for two. Its nonstick makes cleaning easy as long as you don't submerge it in water as it is like a kettle. The base is like a nonstick saute pan with many uses. We have a motorhome and it uses very little electricity so you can run it from a power bank if offgrid and save use on gas when on an electric pitch on site. Its a great pan and I use it every day when away. It also frees up your glass lid on your gas hob in the motorhome. You can also use it outside your caravan/ motorhome if you have a power supply. so its a win, win

I do like this pan, but it does take time to heat up! I tried to do popcorn in it...and failed, had to throw away all the kernels as well! I made a mince dish that went quite well, I've made scrambled eggs that turned out well and I've cooked pasta! I haven't yet done potatoes in it for mash, so I'll update when I have. I do think that you have to be very careful when cleaning the pan, due to the socket being at the side, that cover for it, doesn't fully close, so you do have to be mindful of that when cleaning! I'd say it takes about 5 mins at least to heat up, takes about 10 mins to start boiling the water. I wouldn't cook pan cakes in thus for the fact that there isn't enough room in the pan really. I tend to use my hotplate for that. You'd be able to bacon and possibly sausages in it, and probably 1 fried egg. It isn't as deep as it looks though!

Top quality, can be used for a range of meals, non stick is great - easily cleaned and cooks evenly. Super simple to use and compared to buying an electric hob, plus a decent non stick pan - this is a far cheaper alternative. This has given us the opportunity to cook far more while camping, without having to pack lots of extras, one pan and we’re set! I’m really pleased

Absolutely love this, I have three of these electric hot pots in different sizes and do most of my cooking in them, eggs can be fried boiled poached or steamed or scrambled, noodles rice pasta, fry anything that you would in a normal frying pan or cook anything you would in a normal saucepan, will also steam vegetables fish dumplings etc, the non stick coating is excellent and only requires a wipe with kitchen roll to clean it and is really cheap to run as on the high setting it only uses 800 watts

This versatile pan is a great alternative to our older hob, which is soooooooo slooooooow to heat up! It will have a couple of cups of water for rice or pasta boiling in less than a minute, something that would take ten or fifteen minutes on the hob. It's even faster than the electric kettle for a single cup of water. It's compact, but enough to cook a meal for 1 or 2 people. It's definitely not a slow cooker! There are only two temperatures - hot and very hot. More temperature control and especially a lower heat setting would be useful for items that need slower cooking. Though very plastic, it's attractive. I love the vibrant red. The steamer is plastic but works well. The metal cooking dish part is thin and the non-stick coating is easily damaged. Mine already had a small scrape to the edge when it arrived. I contacted the seller who resolved the issue. I'm a little concerned how well that non-stick coating will last. It's essential to use soft implements, like the spatula that comes with it. I'll also try using an air fryer liner which should work fine. The inner diameter is just under 8" so 7" or smaller 8" airfryer accessories fit nicely. Cleaning is not too big a problem, though the base can't be soaked, scrubbed, or put in a dishwasher. For most things, wiping it out well with a damp cloth or kitchen towel while it's still warm will be enough. For more stubborn mess, heating water with a dash of dishwashing liquid in the pan will soften cooked on food enough to wipe it out. So it's a useful quick-cooking item for smaller households, especially suitable for students, caravans (if electricity is available), or during kitchen renovations. Also could be fun for table cooking. It's space saving, as it's a frypan, saucepan, steamer, and hob all in one. Drawbacks are the limited temperature control and the delicate inner coating. Not sure how long it will last. Overall, I find it a 4.5 star item, which I rounded up to 5 stars due to the good customer service from the seller.

Bought as a warehouse deal so got for a very good price. Quick to heat up and speedy to cook with. Easy to use - has two settings so you can’t really go wrong with it. Easy to clean too. Cooked a few stir fries in mine. Ideal for doing for one but big enough to make enough for two. Comes with a steamer section and its own soft tip spatula. Have already recommended to a work colleague and they have also found a warehouse deal for their purchase.

Really easy to use. Heats the cooking liquid really quickly, so can quickly turn it down to the lower power setting. Nice and light to carry. Non-stick functionality works well. Using with a portable power station with no issues at all.

Aparte de lo bonita que es esta sarten, es una maravilla. Me acabo de hacer 2 huevos fritos y bueno, muy muy bien. Primero, casí no hay que echar aceite y luego se van haciendo los huevos pero sin quemarse, tostándose por abajo suavemente, y además estando a máxima potencia. Lo que más me ha gustado es que no han saltado por todas partes ni los huevos ni el aceite como en una sarten normal. Recomiendo 100% Me encanta. Es genial para cualquier comida. Se puede poner un brocoli entero en la cesta de vapor y se cuece en muy pocos minutos. Que maravilla.. Ahora si que se puede comer brocoli .. muy a menudo. Tambien suelo echar unos filetes de pollo en trocitos con 2 tomates en lonchas encima de 2 sprays de aceite de oliva, tapándo. Se va cociendo y sale riquísimo. El arroz o la pasta se hacen en nada. Para limpiar, basta pasar un papel de cocina. No sabría vivir sin ella ya.....

Muy buena opción para poder cocinar en lugares donde no hay opción de poder hacerlo al uso. Mi hijo es tripulante de cabina y la utiliza en la habitación del hotel para comer lo que quiere de forma fácil y sana.

Update 2: wanted let some people know of a potential problem with this pot, more to the point the cord that comes with it. I still think this pot is the neatest thing since sliced bread but this is something you need to pay attention to. I've noticed that when I put it on the higher of the two settings the cord gets really warm. this could be a potential problem. it's not an issue for me because I'm sitting here keeping an eye on it. NOTE! you cannot put this thing on high and walk away from it. if you're smart! you never know. stuff happens. I just wanted to get that warning out there for folks. pay attention to it. don't walk away from it. Update 1/7/23: so I just made pancakes and eggs in this little skillet pot combo. I never had to turn it up on the high heat. it cooked perfectly on the low heat. I threw some butter in there, let it melt, put a few dollups of the pancake mix in, let it spread out, cooked it till it were done. threw the eggs in with a little extra butter. absolutely fantastic!! I love this cooking tool. I briefly touched on the fact that I have arthritis in my hands. now I personally love cooking with cast iron but it causes me so much pain to use it. this little pot Skillet combo, I can lift easily with no pain. I can shimmy it around to spread the butter, absolutely no pain. just thought I'd mention that. Original review : i needed something smaller than say a 6 qrt cooking pot/skillet. this gives the best of multiple worlds. big enough to cook a decent meal, a steaming topper. so i can make multiple item small size meals. GREAT when your trying to lose weight! this is 1 of the reasons i purchased this item! it's honestly got me puzzled as it looks/feels like good quality plastic but inside the pot? MAGIC!! it acts as a very nice frying pan, sauce/stew pot etc.. it is simply is the absolute perfect size for my needs. i am really impressed. now some might see the handle as a bit to large..i do not. it allows me to get a REALLY good grip. i have arthritis in my hands and most pan handles cause me greif because they are smaller. this truly combinesa pot with a skillet. REALLY fantastic design in my mind! i love the look & the size. the squarishness will fit perfectly in a drawer/cabinent. at some point i plan to do the rv life for a few yrs or forever...LOL and this lil pot is one of the items that will allow me to eat well while living the nomad life. Thanks to the manufacturer, designer & seller.

I love this little pan ( wish I bought the steamer basket option though) have cooked everything imaginable in it and it’s perfect for two decent portions. Wipe clean and twist a screwdriver into the lid where the knob is- mine was a bit loose but easy fix. This is perfect for singletons, and college students need this to keep them selves fed!
