Immediate relief for those without a gallbladder! Had mine removed years ago because of gall stones, and I’ve had problems every day since. I generally need two a day, once on waking, and once after a meal. I suspect those who eat more frequently may benefit from one every meal. Chalky texture aside, the taste is bearable! And they are indeed very effective. This pack in particular is very handy—pocketable, with 3 mini tubes perfectly sized for small bags and pockets

Having had an awful weekend of indigestion, I bought these, based on previous reviews and value for money, as a standby for future use. The box came crushed but the three tubes of 20 tablets each were completely undamaged. The tubes are so handy, perfect for keeping in a bag, pocket, etc. The taste was pepperminty and had a slightly chalky texture…which I actually don’t mind-I quite like. I felt relief after about 30-40 mins, which isn’t too bad and comparative to other brands but half an hour, or so, feels like a life-time when feeling rubbish. A dose of two tablets was enough for me as my indigestion dissipated and didn’t return (for now!!!) I would certainly buy again for the handy packaging, the effectiveness and the price.

Until I managed to get a hospital appointment and they found out that I had a Hiatus Hernia, and I was prescribed the correct 20mg Omeprazole tablet medication, I had suffered for decades with acid reflux. Bisodol tablets gave me several hours of indigestion relief taken when necessary ,during those decades of suffering. For that I will forever be grateful. I tried many other anti-acid products over the years but these were the best for me personally. I can recommend them with reservation.

Bisodol has always been a stalwart product for indigestion relief for me and my family, particularly when I need reflux pain relief, and a couple taken at bedtime when needed can often encourage better sleep I have found. Very easy to use, they chew well, no undue taste or difficult texture, and provide relief for several hours when needed. The only caution is not to overuse them and clinicians would endorse that advice. And I would add that they are good value for money when other propriety brands can be somewhat more expensive.

Bought Bisodol Original after my stomach keeps deciding to inflate itself like a party balloon and set fire to the inside for good measure. Within a short time, the pressure eased and the burning calmed down to a dull grumble instead of a full dramatic performance. It didn’t just “kind of help” — it actually made things manageable again, which felt like a small personal victory. Taste is very much “this is medicine, not a treat,” but at that point I would have accepted far worse if it meant relief. Thankfully, it’s quick and easy enough to take without making the situation more traumatic. They have a slightly chalky texture, and dissolve quickly. You can suck it or chew, but the desperation has me chewing. Ideal for those moments when trapped wind has you walking around like a malfunctioning robot and heartburn is making you question your life choices. Final verdict: Reliable, effective, and now permanently on standby in the cupboard and small enough to carry one in my coat or handbag.

Does the job

I prefer these Bisodol to any other chewable tablet, take before I go out for a meal and carry in every bag I have. Husband gets on really well with them too, very effective

They are quite addictive however and I found myself chomping my way through more than I should!!
