I've tried multiple brands of Methylene Blue and there are varying degrees of quality. Biopharm is the absolute pinnacle of Methylene Blue. I'll literally never buy any other from now on. I use about 30-40mg/d and I love dropping it right under the tongue, but if you don't want your tongue temporarily stained, just drop into water and chug.
